The Company
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Credit Controllers / Appointments Setters, to join a recently established forward thinking company who are due to expand considerably in the near future. Currently on the move to new premises, the working environment offers the candidate a modern and comfortable working atmosphere and further benefits of ongoing training and support.
The Role
The role will consist of both inbound and outbound calls to members of the public who are overdue on their finance or credit payments. Credit Councillors will meet with the debtors and arrange terms that are agreeable with both parties.
The Candidate
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a strong
professional approach and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. Experience in Credit Control is preferable, however candidates from a Telesales or Customer Service background will also be contenders.
The Package
£12,500 - £16,000 basic dependant on experience
A monthly performance related bonus of approx £500 uncapped
22 days holiday
Flexible hours
Ability to work from home during evenings and weekends
