| Our success has led to the creation of a new and exciting role within MyJobGroup, the company that owns and runs this jobsite. MyJobGroup have just won the award 'Business Start Up' of the year at the recent Sheffield Business awards. Sales Support Co-Ordinators The role is essentially being created to support our more established sales teams. Though not a direct sales role, you will need an element of sales ability and fantastic communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills are essential. Duties include: # Account Management of our 'live' clients, ensuring that they receive unsurpassed levels of customer care. You must have previous account management or direct sales experience. # The ability to identify potential 'up sell' opportunities and either sell them yourself or pass them to the sales team # The ability to identify future sales opportunities through effective questioning techniques # Constant cleansing of our CRM database ensuring contacts are up to date through telephone contact. You must have experience navigating complex CRM packages. # The generation of sales appointments when possible as well as ad hoc data cleansing # Working to set targets and key performance indicators (KPI’S). # Accurately maintaining and communicating information within the sales team. # Processing received orders on behalf of the sales team.
