Our client is a small, innovative company with specialist knowledge and experience in National Health Service (NHS) data. They are looking for inspiring and motivated people required for specialist training scheme (permanent employment) in the IT industry.
Due to expansion, they require a further intake of trainees for their dedicated programme. The job involves the analysis of specialist NHS data and team working to data migration deadlines. Jobholders will also be responsible for customer liaison (both face-to-face and remotely) along with data reporting, complex analysis work and business rule writing.
The ability to adapt and be flexible is absolutely essential in this role as you may find that no two days are the same!

The comprehensive training and development scheme is provided to all trainees.
The scheme is modular: includes work-based specialist training and soft skills training with quarterly development reviews. Typically, employees will stay on the training scheme for 12 months before graduating. However, they are able to adapt the scheme to suit your specific development needs at a pace that is right for you.
Our client is looking for professional individuals who have excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills and are good at relationship building. Candidates must be extremely mobile, flexible, willing to travel within the UK and work away from home when required.
An interest in the National Health Service would be an advantage, as would self-discipline and self-motivation. The ideal candidate would be a logical thinker, have good problem solving skills, be trustworthy and honest, punctual and an excellent team player. The successful candidate needs to be a confident, charismatic and a creative thinker. They must also have the ability to handle pressure, commercial awareness and the ability to guide/support people through complex issues.
Salary: £14,700 rising to £15,760 after 6 months employment. On completion of graduate training scheme (12 months expected duration) salary rises to £21,500 p.a.
Academic Requirements:- Good secondary or tertiary education (or equivalent work based qualifications).
UK driving licence essential
