Working for this highly respected call centre based in Rotherham, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and work within a progressive organisation!
With no cold calling involved, your role will include taking inbound calls from customer services and making outbound calls to existing customers. You will also aim to book at least 40 appointments with customers per day and ensure that all work is allocated effectively and efficiently.
It is essential that you have previous relevant call centre experience, are an outgoing, confident communicator with a mature attitude. You must possess a professional polite telephone manner and be educated to GCSE Grade level C or equivalent in English and Maths.
