The Company
Our Client specialises in providing personnel and related services for the construction and civil engineering sectors. Their ability to add value to all levels of permanent, temporary and contract recruitment stems from many years specialised experience within these sectors.
Currently they are looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join the team at their Sheffield branches.
Job Role
You will be responsible for the management of the permanent desk within the Industrial Sector. You will need to be at ease working in a fast paced environment, as duties will include cold calling companies to secure new business, account managing existing clients, matching and discussing vacancies with a selection of suitable candidates and arranging interviews. Client visits and travel will also be an essential part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of industrial recruitment, should be self-motivated with a professional attitude and have the drive and ambition to succeed. Strong communication and organisation skills alongside a confident telephone manner are a must.
