Agenda for Change Band 5: £20,225 to £26,123 pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an appropriately experienced individual to develop their career in one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts, which covers five sites across Sheffield and employs in excess of 13,000 employees.

You will join a team supporting the HR Manager of Employee Services to deliver an excellent service which includes giving advice on NHS national terms and conditions, grading reviews and policy development. The team’s current focus is transferring staff to a new pay system and it is essential, therefore, that you have a good working knowledge of Agenda for Change job evaluation and terms and conditions. With a minimum of three years current experience in a large, unionised NHS environment, you will also be CIPD qualified or willing to work towards this status and have supervisory skills.

The successful candidate will be working with colleagues across HR, incorporating resourcing, services and relations issues, and therefore will be exposed to a wide range of HR practice. The post holder may also be considered for subsequent rotation to these areas at a later date subject to posts becoming available.

For an informal discussion regarding this post please contact Michael Johnson, Human Resources Manager on (0114) 2714711.

These posts are unlikely to attract a work permit. Applications from candidates who require a permit to work in the UK may not be considered if there are a sufficient number of other suitable candidates.
