    An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in Sheffield for a large National hotel company chain.

    The city centre based hotel is looking to recruit a Team Leader Receptionist position. Main responsibilities will be to ensure the efficient and effective running of the reception desk while keeping with company standard operations. Other duties include checking in and out of hotel guests, answering and dealing with telephone enquiries, taking bookings, administrative duties, taking payment. Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage or the ability to prove that you are a good team leader is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to pursue a career within front office management. The successful applicant will also have previous customer service experience, will be outgoing & find it easy to talk to customers both face to face and over the telephone.

    Training will be given, however PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING ON A HOTEL RECEPTION DESK IS ESSENTIAL and personality counts!!
    You will be required to work 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7. The position involves a mixture of early mornings, late finishes and weekends. Salary £12K-£14K.
