Do you enjoy the thrill of a busy environment? Would you like to work for a fun team? If so this job could be for you. Our client is looking to recruit a new team member with previous commis chef experience, you should have worked previously in a kitchen within a hotel or restaurant, or have completed NVQ 1& 2 (or equivalent) in food preparation and cooking.
•Working within a team of 4 you will be responsible for the preparation of food for the A La Carte restaurant and the Cafe Bar menu
•The job will involve working 5 evenings out of 7, from 7pm until 3am, for a 40 hour working week.
•You will be working with an easy going, but conscientious team working to a fast pace to maintain a high quality of food.
•The successful applicant will receive excellent benefits including; free parking or a subsidised taxi home, uniform and meals will be provided, 5 weeks holidays per year, full training and very good chances of promotion.
