Position: Hire Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £14k - £16,500
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm
Our client is a market leader, at the forefront of its industry offering unparallel quality and service. They are looking to recruit an organised, customer service driven administrator to work alongside the Business Development Manager in their small office based in Sheffield.
The varied role will involve processing complex queries received and prepare quotations and drawings against the customer requirements. This will require a high level of customer service liaising with colleagues nationwide, covering a wide geographical area.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
· Outstanding administration skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· The ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
· Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
· Experience of SAP and Visio would be advantageous
· Above all the ability to work on your own initiative providing outstanding administrative support.
