Clerk of Works
Agency: Talent Services Ltd
Location: UK based must be able to travel reasonable distances
Salary: Good industry rates of pay (actual salary rate will be
dependent upon relevant experience)

Our client is a progressive, award winning, quality focused consultancy. They are presently recruiting for Clerks of Works/Site Inspectors/Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical); this is due to the ever increasing workload and opportunities.
You will ideally have, (although applications that show potential and relevant qualifications will be considered), previous broad based experience within the construction industry. You will hold a full driving licence and be happy to travel reasonable distances to site. You will preferably hold a current CSCS card. You will have access to a strong management team; however you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative as well as demonstrating excellent technical skills and strong client facing and interpersonal skills.
