    This role is working with the Head of Corporate Governance and alongside the Quality Manager on all governance matters including risk/MI reporting and preventative action projects.
    You will need substantial pensions administration experience gained preferably via a Consultancy firm and a working knowledge of FSA regulatory frameworks. General management experience and skills are required including time management, written (reports and minute taking) and verbal communication and prioritisation of workloads.
    The successful candidate will possess a recognised qualification in the pensions industry and knowledge of audit principles, risk management and ISO 9001.
    You will be a team player with a proactive, assertive and flexible approach to work; used to working under pressure and have the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. You will be able to work independently, lead teams effectively and manage multiple projects and staff.
