Successful division of leading international manufacturing firm seek an experienced Human Resources Manager. You will be responsible for providing an effective, strategic HR Management service to senior operational management across the business. You will implement initiatives across the business to achieve best in class operating practices. This is a stand alone role reporting directly to the Managing Director and supervising a Payroll Controller and HR Officer based at an external manufacturing site, therefore travel to another UK on a fortnightly basis (and occasional travel overseas) is required.
For this role, it is essential that you are CIPD qualified and have proven HR management experience. You must have substantial generalist experience gained in a complex commercial business and ideally have worked in a manufacturing industry, although this is not essential.
