Full Description:
Our client, a well respected firm in Barnsley are seeking to recruit
an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with experience in
acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, industrial leases for
warehouse and offices etc, restrictive covenants and tripartite
development agreements. Ideally the successful candidate will also
have experience of acting on behalf of a variety of clients including
developers and SME's etc. You should be a good communicator and able
to deal with clients both in person over the telephone.
