| A specialist marketing and brand development agency are looking for an experienced Part Time Administrator to join their thriving team. Duties will include: General Admin Duties ie. word processing, dealing with telephone calls, filing, ad hoc duties for the Office Manager, answering incoming calls, dealing with Supplier enquiries. It is an advantage to have experience working within the Sales & Marketing industry although not essential, however it is ESSENTIAL to have a solid working background within administration and have excellent organisational & communication skills as well as being computer literate. This role is working 2-3 days per week but you must be flexible to cover holidays, sickness and extra workloads. Hours of work are: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm. |
