A forward thinking and successful consultancy firm based on the outskirts of Sheffield are currently looking for a Secretary/Administration Assistant who enjoys a varied 'hands on' role.
The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to the Directors/Consultants including the typing of letters, meeting minutes, specifications, reports, memos, emails, faxes and reports etc.
The role also includes dealing with project correspondence via email, downloading and recording project information, as well as issuing information to clients and web-based project information sites.
A flexible working attitude is essential to undertake ad hoc duties such as holiday reception cover, scanning and archiving as and when required.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Personal Specification:-
- MUST HAVE RSA/OCR Word Processing Level II
- Excellent telephone skills
- IT literate in MS Word 2000 & Excel
A TYPING SPEED OF AT LEAST 40WPM ESSENTIAL and you must have previous office admin support experience.
