My client, a large international business based in Rotherham, are currently seeking to expand their customer services team and take on a number of new team members.
Your new duties will include assisting the Customer Services Department in all aspects of customer queries, complaints and general inquiries, taking approx 75 inbound calls per day, dealing with insurance companies and customers, pcking up claims and forwarding work to project co-ordinators. There is no Cold Calling involved, however you will be expected to do some outbound customer care calls.
This role will be shift based and includes weekends. Hours will not exceed 42.5 hours per week.
