AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A TOOLMAKER TO JOIN A MARKET LEADING COMPANY WORKING A 2-SHIFT SYSTEM
Our client, the largest independent European manufacturer in its field is looking to recruit an experienced Toolmaker to compliment it's production team.
TS16949:2002 approved.
THE ROLE:
Able to check and measure own work.
Reading and understanding of technical drawings.
To be competent in the use of all toolroom practices and machinery i.e. turning, milling, drilling, surface grinding. Form grinding experience favourable.
To be familiar with press work, experience working on high volume multi-stage progression advantageous.
Toolmaking duties encompass service and repair of all types of press tolling. Manufacture of jigs, fixtures, consumable machine parts and any general engineering required within the company.

Organised, self motivated and self-managing.
Able to communicate effectively.
Able to work effectively as a member of a team.
