| Our owner managed business is looking to appoint a talented generalist HR Manager for it's Rotherham site. Reporting to the MD, you will continue with the ongoing improvement of HR systems including managing absences, maintaining HR policies, managing the weekly payroll for 140 employees; and associated management reports, recruitment and retention, training and development, staff appraisals, advising on employment law related matters, managing disciplinary, grievance and capability issues. It is essential that you are experienced in the above generalist areas. Qualification isn't essential though it would be preferred. |
