Based at either of their sites in Leeds or Rotherham, this role will encompass a variety of accountabilities and responsibilities.
Reporting to the delivery manager you will manage the cost centre and variable budgets and be responsible for circa 120 fte across a range of different industry sectors.
To be successful in this role you will need to be people focused with strong customer service/excellence/sales along with contact centre experience. You will be a great analytical thinker who is happy to make decisions and enjoys solving problems.

Working hours- flexibility will be required as they operate to 11pm during the week and also are open at weekends. This will be on a rota basis.
