Job Purpose:
Drive quality within sales and service through call assessing and rating. Providing detailed analysis of findings. Assisting with solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities:
• To listen to calls and rate for compliance and quality for all campaigns within the business. This would include inbound and outbound within both Telemarketing and the Call Centre
• To measure the results and produce detailed analysis thereafter
• To recognise areas of compliance and quality failure and escalate to line management as appropriate
• Be able to support the team with their workloads as necessary, to achieve objectives
• To drive continual improvements in people and processes
• To represent ‘Quality Assurance’ at selected implementation meetings as required
• Represent Quality Assurance at Telemarketing/Call Centre meetings as required
• Liaise with clients/partners and third parties as required
• Comply with the information security policy and procedures.
• Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
• Report any information security incident, weakness or malfunction.
• Any other reasonable request by line manager or function manager.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Listen to and rate an agreed number of sales and service calls per week
• Deliver weekly reports on key findings post rating
• Achieve minimum standard productivity
• Attendance
• Internal Feedback
• Demonstrate compliance with the Information Security policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate compliance with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
Nature and Scope:
The successful applicant will become a member of the Quality Assurance Team, reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Manager
Mainly Internal liaisons with occasional external customer interaction. No line management responsibilities are required.
