Our client require a OPERATIONS COMMUCIATIONS EXEC
Job Purpose:
To support effective communication and to assist in co-ordination of employee engagement programmes within UK Operations. This will be through the development of communication tools, techniques and process to meet the needs of Operations employees.
Work with internal customers to ensure internal communications requirements are met and to drive improvements in Operations communication and knowledge management. Ensure timely delivery of communications to all operational areas using a variety of communication channels such as CPPTV, newsletters, briefings, desk drops etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, manage and control robust and effective communications processes and systems that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Deliver accurate, well written, engaging and accessible communications targeted to meet audience needs
• Liaise with all UK Operations areas to ensure consistency of communications messages.
• Review communications and knowledge management requirements for Operations on a regular basis, suggest improvements and implement initiatives. Audit communications processes/channels and measure effectiveness.
• Ensure delivery of newsletters and other operational communications to agreed time-scales. Regularly review and improve design and content to ensure meets audience needs.
• Work closely with different Operations departments to support their own communications objectives, providing support and guidance as appropriate.
• Develop, deliver and manage new channels of communication and knowledge management to support Operations objectives
• Create and maintain documentation, version control and audit logs to ensure rigorous control of Operations communications.
• Undertake projects and activities as requested by the Operations Communications Manager.
• Comply with the information security policy and procedures.
• Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
• Report any information security incident, weakness or malfunction.

• All communications/newsletters produced and delivered on schedule to a high standard.
• Communication objectives of new initiatives met.
• Communications audit trail and version control maintained
• Internal customer feedback and measurement of effectiveness.
• Delivery of regular reviews
• Demonstrable improvement in communications tools, techniques and channels.
• Deliver projects or tasks at the request of Operations Communications Manager.
• Demonstrate compliance with the Information Security policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate compliance with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
Nature and Scope:
• Liaison with all UK Operations Departments at different levels
• Liaison with other departments who need to communicate with Operations.
