Our Client is an established Main Contractor and Developer who undertake both new build and refurbishment shemes in the public and private sectors. Established for approaching 100 years with their Head Office based in Sheffield they are committed to providing their Clients and Customers with a first class construction service and deliver buildings “defects free”. As part of this first class service each Client is allocated a Customer Care Manager responsible for ensuring that any defects that do slip through the net are dealt with in a swift and customer focussed manner. The ideal canidate will be carrying out a similar role within a recognised contractor or be an experienced Site Manager / Handover Manager with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service and client facing skills. A generous package and excellent long term stabilty and career progression exist for the successful candidate.
