Established for approaching 100 years with their Head Office based in Sheffield they are committed to providing their Clients and Customers with a first class construction service and deliver buildings “defects free”. As part of this first class service each Client is allocated a Customer Care Manager responsible for ensuring that any defects that do slip through the net are dealt with in a swift and customer focussed manner. The ideal canidate will be carrying out a similar role within a recognised contractor or be an experienced Site Manager / Handover Manager with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service and client facing skills.
