Customer Service Advisor Immediate Start

Permanent Customer Service Advisors.

Part time - 8 Hours on Saturday or Sunday and 3 week day evenings 5pm - 10pm.

Required to respond and resolve a number of queries received from external customers for a Brand leader in Mobile Phones.

Record accurately customers details and requests. Resolve customers queries and requests to the satisfaction of the enquirer, recording all relevant details.
