We are looking for an experienced and well organised individual who is able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills.
Experience in administration within a busy office environment and with a flexible approach is desirable.The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work within a team environment.Ideally from a construction background,but not essential as full training would be provided.
Duties to include:
Process of order enquiries
Collation of Information
Database Management
Customer Liaison
Report Production
Final Invoice Preparation
This is a full time position,40 hours per week.Monday to friday nominally 0830 to 1700 with half hour lunch break.
Salary £13-16K negotiable on experience.
