Customer Relationship Experts
OTE £16 - £18k

Our client is a market leading sales company based just outside Doncaster. They are currently recruiting for Customer Relationship Executives to provide exceptional service to all customers. You will take predominately inbound calls from customers requiring assistance or wanting to place a sale. You will also cross or upsell a range of products to both new and existing customers through both inbound and outbound calling.

The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and over the telephone, with a confident and professional telephone manner. You will also be customer focussed with the ability to problem solve and have the initiative to work well both individually and within a team. Previous customer sales experience would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
