SALES COACH
Job Purpose:
Responsible for development, support and integration of new employees in the business, driving performance to exceed agreed key performance indicators, through effective coaching of individuals in both inbound and outbound environments. Support training initiatives as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach new starters to develop the right technical and behavioural competency and achieve agreed KPI’s and targets for both inbound and outbound campaigns
• Effectively utilise available statistics and data to drive performance
• Conduct weekly and ad hoc one to ones with Agents in accordance with the agreed process
• Conduct regular performance coaching sessions utilising a variety of coaching techniques, including side by side, remote listening and historical call listening
• Maintain documented records of coaching and provide individual feedback as per FSA guidelines
• Maintain agreed performance records and complete a structured handover to the new Team Manager when an employee leavers Evolve
• Where required, support the integration of new products and process
• Assist with agreed aspects of training and education
• Delivery of classroom based training and coaching workshops where required
• Ensure that integration into the business is a positive experience for new employees and that the transfer from training to coaching and from coaching to a team is as seamless as possible
• Deliver daily team briefings to ensure effective communication, motivate the team and share best practice
• Maintain current knowledge of products and services, systems and procedures
• Promote a positive and professional image of the business at all times
• Understand the importance of employee engagement and how this influences agent retention
• Lead by example by displaying high compliance with company behaviours and advocacy for the business values
