    Established in 2001, our Client’s Company specialise exclusively in the recruitment of HR Professionals at every level both interim and permanent across all industry sectors.
    They have 3 offices across the UK based in the East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire.

    The Opportunity

    Due to planned growth an opening has arisen for a consultant to join one of the most highly regarded HR recruitment consultancies on the market, in our Client’s West Midlands office based in Sutton Coldfield.

    The Role

    Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks will range from business development, a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the initial job description to negotiating the final offer.

    The Person

    To succeed you need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and be ready to go the extra mile when necessary.

    A proven background of developing successful business relationships and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.

    We are interested in hearing from people with both professional and non-professional recruitment backgrounds.
