We are looking for candidates whom have at least three months telephone or field sales experience and enjoy working towards targets and taking part in competitions to enjoy.
This role is in a fun environment where the team work as a team and work hard and play hard. The rewards are an uncapped bonus scheme with a realisitc earnings of £18,000 (the basic pay is £14,993)
This is an exciting and rewarding role which would suit an individual whom is self motivated and wants to succeed on a personal financial level and also in their career.
In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers whom have filled out an application form to apply for a financial product and you are there to discuss and inform them about their requirements so you must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to sell benefits and unique selling points of a product.
The successful candidate will receive excellent training and ongoing development and as this is a large company there are excellent progression opportunities.
