Job Description
A varied and exciting new role which will support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service, Key duties include:
*Providing practical advice to key people in the organisation,
*Support and deliver lifecycle HR issues in each department,
*Assist and support the role out of new HR initiatives,
*Identification of training and development needs
*Keep up to date with latest employment law developments,
*Coordinating all activities surrounding recruitment, selection and induction
The successful candidate will also be responsible for aspects of Office Management and ensure HR policies and procedures are delivered in a fair and consistent manner.
Person Specification
The successful candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, be used to working on their own initiative, able to work in a proactive and time efficient manner and utilise their excellent ability to influence. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator able to hit the ground running and care about the accuracy and precision of work they undertake.
