Our client who has 10 locations globally are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager/Co-ordinator so a new branch off there manufacturing facility based in Leeds. This is an exciting time for the new division and the position is seen a key role in the division growing.
Objectives Function
Ensure materials, plant and tools are ordered to meet site requirements.
Maintain a trail for material, plant and tool movements.
Preliminary programme and maintain a trail of site activities.
Maintain project KPIs
Maintain project trail
Aid in project start up documentation
Identify and track potential projects using Glenigans, trade press and enquiries

Key Responsibilities:
1)Order materials, plant and tools the same day site requests are received.
2)Input GRNs for all deliveries.
3)Maintain trails for materials, plant and tool deliveries.
4)Maintain Key Performance Indicator schedules.
5)Produce and maintain construction programmes.
6)Record the receipt of all drawings and documents as defined by the project team.
7)Maintain Project Log.
8)Aid with completion of project data sheet.
9)Produce ITP,s PQPs and Method Statements.
10)Identify potential projects from Glenigans and trade press then record and inform key management of potential projects status and contacts
11)Full implementation and compliance with the quality management system
