Our Client a small, but busy Flooring Contractor within the South Yorkshire area has the requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with a thorough and professional approach to join their team.
Reporting to the board of Directors you will be comfortable in delivering reports at Board level and will possess effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
We are looking for team players with effective man management skills as you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a fully competent team. You will have an eye for detail and maintain close, thorough and effective links with supply chain and will have the ability to manage a variety of projects from inception to completion.
You will liaise with Directors on work schedules, project costing, waste control and budgets as well as providing an effective link with clients.
Candidates with previous experience within contract flooring are desirable although any experience gained within the construction industry would be adequate.
In return for you skills we are paying an industry leading rate over the 13 week contract with a substantial package available following completion of this period DOE.
