| Partnership Manager (Reactive Maintenance) East Yorkshire Up to £55,000 per annum + Benefits Car/Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Holiday Entitlement The Company: Partnership Manager needed to deliver a number of prestigious partnering contracts across East Yorkshire. My client has a number of contracts that are a mixture of Social Housing/Decent Homes Schemes, Response/Planned Maintenance and Capital Works. Who we’re looking for: This business gain now requires an experienced Partnership Manager to assist in driving the growth forward. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will be involved in operations appraisal and review, implementing strategy and policy and providing an input to the future growth and development of the individual operations and businesses as a whole. Responsibilities: ?You will have full operational responsibility for a portfolio of projects in the region. ?You will develop and direct the business unit strategy in line with expected margins and quality standards. ?To work closely with the commercial team to define market focus and procurement strategy. ?Manage and maximise existing strong client relationships and establish new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have operated either at a similar level or will have held a senior operational role in a commercial building contracting environment. About My Client My client is a leading name in delivering decent homes and reactive/planned maintenance contracts. Working in partnership or on a measured term contract basis with many of Yorkshire and the surrounding counties social landlords.
