Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to work within this vast company. Your job will involve the provision of data on core business metrics that drive performance and client satisfaction. Ensuring source of data is accurate and auditable. You will prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly internal site and external client reporting.
Ideally our client is looking for someone who has at least 12 -18 months experience call centre experience and a minimum 3 months resource experience.
You will have very good analytical skills, experience in data management, be self motivated and flexible in working hours according to workloads. You will need to be extremely accurate in the entering and presenting of data, have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally you will come from a financial or technical background.
