| POSITION: Mechanical Design Engineer POSTED BY: Kinetic Search and Selection LOCATION: Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield SALARY AND BENEFITS: -£23,000- £28,000 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: -Experience of 3-D CAD Design. -Working knowledge of Solidworks -Previous working experience of working with production team DESIRABLE -HNC level or higher in an Engineering discipline. - Background from fabrications industry ROLE INFORMATION IN DETAIL: - Will be responsible for all aspects of design from initial concept through to commissioning -Candidates must have experience of 3-D modelling -Experience of Solidworks software although training given -Candidates should have experience of design within a manufacturing background. -Some experience of the metals fabrication industry would be an advantage - Some travel maybe required both throughout UK and Europe.
