| £18K to £25K basic plus an OTE of £40K!!! I need to find a recruitment consultant to work within the Office Support TEMPORAY division of a successful recruitment agency in Doncaster. You will have commercial recruitment experience, an outgoing and friendly manner and be prepared to work in a tight team of consultants who have varying degrees of experience. You area will be Yorkshire which should give you plenty of available clients and candidates alike. Working in a structured environment where every team member is responsible for the success of the team, you will be contacting companies and selling the benefits of working with my client, arranging face to face visits and arranging interviews where necessary. Temporary desks are usually hectic and this means you have to manage your time accurately and professionally, always have an availability list and keep your candidates and clients well informed at all times. You will be responsible for timesheet allocation and collection and ensuring that your workers are reimbursed correctly each and every week; you will also be responsible for how much you earn, this will be dictated by the number of workers and hours on you plan. Profit is the name of the game here, and volume is OK, as long as it is professionally executed. |
