My Client is one of the largest environmental (water, land and air), food and oil analysis organisations in the UK and Ireland.
Currently My Client is seeking to employ a Utilities Account Coordinator - Customer Services.
Summary of Duties:
· Assist in the day to day management of the utilities customers within our Client
· Ensure that customer expectations are met
· Ensure that internal and external communications are at a professional standard at all times
· Hold daily meeting to check laboratory progress and provide updates to the utilities customers.
· Manage the drivers and ensure adequate resources are available to meet customer requirements.
· Effective communication of issues to all relevant areas within the business e.g. operations and sales
· Ensure that all customer service procedures and administration are carried out efficiently and accurately at all times
· To develop and manage a proactive, interactive relationship with utilities customers.
· Proactive monitoring of sample progress through the laboratory to ensure that the customers requirements are met and identified
· Conduct review meetings with customers.
· To keep the sales team informed of work progress and possible new leads.

Qualifications and Experience
· Experience of a customer focused environment
· Analytical chemistry useful or a basic understanding of chemistry with an appreciation of the market and service.
