My Client in Hellaby Industrial Estate are looking to recruit 2 Temporary Customer Service advisors for 6 months.
Full Job Spec -
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assisting the Customer Services Department in all aspects of customer queries, complaints and general inquiries.
• Taking approx 70/80 inbound calls per day. Some outbound calls.
• Dealing with insurance companies and customers.
• Picking up claims and forwarding work to co-ordination.
• No Cold Calling involved.
Necessary Skills and Experience
• Must have relevant experience of working within a call centre.
• Must be an outgoing, confident communicator with a mature attitude.
• Must possess a professional polite telephone manner.
• Educated to GCSE Grade level C or equivalent in English and Maths.
• IT literate and competent in Word and Excel applications.
• Will have to complete a 20-minute literacy and numeracy test before the interview.
Hours and Salary
• Initially during training period 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday/8am – 5pm
• Then 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
• £6.45 per hour
