Founded in the 1940's my client is a successful bespoke engineering product manufacturer.
Salary scale: 22 - 28k Dependent on skills and experience
Essential attributes:
BS 7671:2001 (IEE Wiring Regulations, 16th Edition)
Requirements in Electrical Installations: BS7671: June 2001
Vocational training by recognised body (i.e. City & Guilds)
Knowledge of 3 phase wiring (415v).
Demonstrated ability to use own initiative.
Prepared for out of standard hours working when required.
PAT testing capabilities
Team player.
Excellent awareness of all Health and Safety legislation.
A good analytical approach to problem solving.
Desirable attributes:
Knowledge of CNC machine tool repairs.
Knowledge of Arc/TIG/MIG Welding.
Fork lift truck driving/cherry picker license.
Knowledge in carrying out tasks in a tool-room environment.
Experience in using overhead cranes & slings.
Working hours: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 7.00 am to 12.00 pm Friday.
Holiday Entitlement: 34.5 days (including statutory entitlement).
