| One of the UK’s leading providers of business to business Online Credit Check facilities has recently expanded into Sheffield. Currently operating with 3 teams of 7 outbound telesales advisors, our client is looking to recruit a sales coach to develop the team and assist in the running of the department. Responsibilities will include the delivery of an induction programme incorporating group training sessions and individual call listening, feedback and coaching. You will develop a training matrix for the probationary period and monitor the performance and progress of probationary employees via sales results and call listening. Individual training and development plans will be agreed with Team Leaders and coaching delivered accordingly. Skills and knowledge gaps will be identified via the monitoring of performance across the entire department and cost effective training solutions implemented to ensure standards are attained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for and proven success in sales with hands on experience of training and coaching. A training qualification and proven track record in B2B telesales is desirable as is experience of designing and delivering technical and soft skills training. |
