A successful company within the technology sector in Sheffield are looking for a Business Manager to co-ordinate their management team, office and its administration.
Duties will include coordinating relationships with clients by handling enquiries and dealing with any issues arising, solving problems, and logging all contact in a CRM system. You will act as a support to management by organising diaries, appointments and email, and also taking minutes at board meetings. You will be at the core of the office, dealing with issues in the manager’s absence, greeting clients on reception as the first point of contact and ensuring that the company complies with current health and safety legislation. This position will involve managing the sales administration process from start to finish, some basic accounts duties and the organising of marketing events .
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic personality who shows attention to detail and possesses an enquiring mind. You will be confident in all office situations and be proactive in managing the office. The ideal person will be hands- on, a self-starter with experience in similar role. You will be highly organised, IT literate with both Microsoft software and CRM packages with a desire to become an integral part of the business.
