Our client, based in the centre of Sheffield is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to take control of the busy front of house functions.
Main duties will include answering the main switchboard, meeting and greeting all visitors, dealing with the incoming and outgoing post and all incoming faxes, booking travel and accommodation for staff and dealing with sickness and holiday records for all staff. You will also be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Admin team as and when required.
You will have a good telephone manner and good organisational skills with an excellent track record in reliability and attendance. IT skills are required for this role, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30pm. In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, 25 days holiday plus pension and health scheme after the initial 3 months probationary period.
