Full Description:
This role will be working 2-3 evenings per week + Saturday cover. Longer term prospects .This is working in a small team dealing with inbound calls. Must have excellent telephone manner with the ability to multi task and delivery high standards of service level. Dealing with call handling inbound working on a user friendly system. Working in a busy brand dispense department - will be responsible for taking calls from the field and contacting engineers to arrange for them to deal with the problem or query. Must have excellent phone manner and be able to condense information to give out instructions via text messages. An excellent working environment.
