    My client currently collect debt on behalf clients ranging from High Street Banks, Utility Companies, Motor Industry and many more…… we’re always on the lookout for highly motivated people who can add to their already successful and friendly teams.

    As a Telephone Negotiator, you will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls negotiating outstanding payments and reaching repayment agreements on their debts and also deal with any queries and disputes they may have.

    Once you have negotiated an arrangement with the customer you will update the in-house system and action the customers account accordingly.

    The offices are situated on a small business park close to Meadowhall

    The Call Centre is operational between 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-2.00pm on a Saturday. Shift Patterns available are
    Monday to Thursday 10am – 6:45pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm and Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm

    It is a target focused environment and you will be required to work towards a monthly collections target, you will be given on-going support and training but we do expect you to be self-motivated and enjoy working towards a more than achievable target.

    On joining you’ll be given a probationary period to achieve the requirements of the position. You will be supported every step of the way, initially by the Training Team which will take you through your induction training and then by a team of friendly and experienced Sector Managers who will coach you and give you advice on how to achieve your potential.

    Call Centre experience is essential along with good keyboard skills and you will need to be a strong communicator to deal with a variety of customers.

    You must be determined and target-focused with the ability to think on your feet and be able to adapt to different situations and talk to different people to divise realistic solutions to problems.

    Starting salary ranges from £14000 + dependant on experience.

    In addition you will entitled to the monthly bonus scheme.
