Our client is looking to recruit an experienced IT help desk assistant.
The IT help desk assistant role is to deliver support to end users and give advice on how to use various applications. This will include trouble shooting applications and software for all members, IT staff, development, and other business users.
The IT helpdesk assistant is also responsible for assisting in the delivery, and improvement of software applications; training programs in conjunction with the IT Training Manager.
Knowledge of general desktop IT solutions would be an advantage.
