Production Engineer
Permanent contract
Based in Sheffield
Salary £22-26,000 dependent upon experience
37½ hours a week

Job Specification

We are seeking a competent person to manage and implement various manufacturing based projects within our organisation. Examples of ongoing projects and new initiatives include:

  • The integration of our new ‘Lean Lift’ storage system into the manufacturing process

  • The installation of additional CNC, moulding and milling machinery into the business

  • Production planning

  • And other ongoing projects as Jenx continue to expand and develop our manufacturing base


The successful candidate will have gained experience and be able to demonstrate success in the implementation of projects within a manufacturing or engineering environment and show competence and understanding of modern manufacturing systems.

You must be commercially aware, a good communicator, accurate and thorough in your approach to work and record keeping, a capable mentor and someone with a keen eye for anything new that may be beneficial to the company. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors, Team Leaders and Managers in working to achieve world class manufacturing status.
