Salary £21,589 + benefits (including 25 days holidays, Westfield Healthcare, bonus, free parking)

Jenx Limited is looking for an experienced team leader to work in their busy despatch department. A priority of the role will be to carry out a full review of our current packaging processes.

The main tasks within the department include:

  • Wrapping and packing specialist furniture

  • Moving products being stored

  • Final quality checks before packing

  • Fork Lift Truck Driving (qualified drivers only)

  • Some errand driving, mainly local but could be anywhere in the UK

  • Some contact with suppliers

  • Maintenance of the database in relation to despatched goods


Job Specification

  1. To ensure the smooth running of the department and projects.

  2. To ensure the maintenance of procedures and standards within the department, making recommendations for improvement.

  3. To co-ordinate the work of other team members.

  4. To work with and play a pro-active role with other Team Leaders as part of the Operational Management Team.
