Sheffield based legal practice with over 150 years experience and a reputation for delivering personal, tailored services are now recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor. The ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor or partner designate (minimum 5 years PQE), experience and competence in dealing with a full range of commercial property matters and finding imaginative solutions to meet commercial needs. You will be able to meet deadlines and have the ability to work under pressure with good negotiating skills. The practice will also be looking for a candidate that shows excellent marketing and communication skills along with the desire to develop both the practice and themselves. A pro active person with a robust personality who can show a confident, enthusiastic and positive approach to Commercial Conveyancing.
