Full Description:
This high profile position has arisen to provide specialist advice, guidance and support on relevant regulatory issues with regards to compliance of our client’s pension’s schemes. This is a challenging and varied role including identification and interpretation of regulatory rules via reports, presentations and workshops. You will identify impact and implementation plans and advise on the development of operational procedures and processes. In addition you will contribute to the development and delivery of the Compliance Plan. The successful candidate will have a firm understanding of FSA regulation and thorough knowledge of the Life and Pensions market, products and procedures. Substantial experience in the Financial Services Industry ideally within a compliance related environment is essential as is commercial awareness with a focus on customer service. FPC or equivalent qualification is desirable.
