Working within the Mortgage Operations department of this well established financial organisation based in Sheffield city centre, you will have a secure and challenging role with potential for progression in the long-term.
Our client is looking to recruit 2 Team Leaders to support, develop and coach a team of individuals dealing with processing mortgage applications, ensuring compliance and chasing customers for outstanding documentation. You will have strong coaching and development skills, as well as experience of people management skills, ideally from within a contact centre environment.
