We are looking for highly motivated and driven team players to become the 5th member of this busy customer service division. As well as answering calls from customers you will also be responsible for invoicing, processing orders, chasing outstanding payments, resolving any customer issues, and seeing each order through to the end. This is a customer-focused role, in which you will be dealing with distributors and customers alike.
We are looking for confident and assertive candidates, with excellent customer service and office based skills. A good level of computer literacy is essential for this role, in particular strong Excel skills are a must. You must be confident in dealing with people at all levels, from the distribution team right through to senior management. A high level of numeracy is also required.
